Mathematics
Mathematics as a formal area of teaching and
learning was developed about 5,000 years ago by
the Sumerians. They did this at the same time as
they developed reading and writing. However, the
roots of mathematics go back much more than
5,000 years. Mathematics is the study of
quantity, structure, space and change. It also
discuss math of measurement of time such as
years, seasons, months, weeks, days, and so on
or consider the measurement of distance and the
different system of distance measurement that
developed throughout the world.
Science
How Do we Define Science?
According to Webster's New Collegiate
Dictionary, the definition of science is
"knowledge attained through study or practice,"
or "knowledge covering general truths of the
operation of general laws, esp. as obtained and
tested through scientific method and concerned
with the physical world."
English Language
English is a West Germanic Language that
originated from the Anglo-Frisian and Lower
Saxon dialects brought to Britain by Germanic
settler and Roman auxiliary troops from various
parts of what is now northwest Germany and the
northern Netherlands in the 5th century. Today
English is an International Language and are
being used in the whole world.
Arabic Language
ARABIC ranks sixth in the world's league table
of languages, with an estimated 186 million
native speakers. As the language of the Qur'an,
the holy book of Islam, it is also widely used
throughout the Muslim world.
Urdu Language
Urdu, the national language of Pakistan, was
created around the 1600’s in Central Asia. The
word ‘Urdu’ comes from the Turkish word ‘ordu’
meaning ‘camp’ or ‘army’. It was used as a
unifying communication tool between the Muslim
soldiers during their conquest of Ancient India
(including Countries east until Myanmar) and
Eastern Persia. These soldiers were of Persian,
Arab, or Turkish descent.
